WE DID IT WE FOUND A ONE TIME PERMANENT SOLUTION TO NUISANCE AND PEST ANIMALS!!
Of course that a lie, if it were true we’d be so rich from everyone paying for our services we wouldn’t bother with this blog post. Its also not a realistic expectation. We hear it a lot, a dairy farmer will tell us something like “Our Vet said they have never seen a permanent solution for the birds (Pigeons & Starlings) or a homeowner will tell us “We hired someone to catch the squirrels in our attic but they just came back”.
Here is what I ask them, Have you found a furnace that heats your house once and then you don’t need to use it again or do you have any cows that you feed once and
they milk forever. Have you ever heard of a cup that if you drink from it you’ll never be thirsty again or do you have any shoes that will last forever??
These are all absurdities and they are just as absurd as thinking that nature and wildlife can be removed forever, especially in a situation where a house is surrounded by nature or on a farm that supplies a constant and daily supply of easy food. A permanent pest control solution just isn’t feasible.

Here is the closest solution we have found, we kill as many if not all of the offending species. By eliminating the population it takes longer for new animals to relocate into the area than if they could repopulate through breeding. Then we will return either at first sign or on an ongoing basis and eliminate any new animals that may come around.
This is why we have a lot of retainer clients, mostly these are commercial operations. They pay up front for a large operation where we will spent a great deal of effort to kill as close to the entire population as we can then a couple times a month we will return and take care of the stragglers.
If someone tells you they have a total and permanent pest removal solution be very skeptical…they may also have some water front property in Arizona for sale.
